Property Lawyer (PO3 - 5 )

We’re looking for a Property Lawyer (PO3 – 5) to join our clients team. 
This role is responsible for providing expert legal advice on property transactions, leases, and regeneration projects.

• \nRates: £25.44 per hour PAYE / £32.62 per hour Umbrella

Your Role:

\n
• \nProvide legal advice on property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
\n
• \nSupport the Senior Property Lawyer, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
\n
• \nDraft and negotiate contracts, leases, and agreements, ensuring clarity and enforceability.
\n
• \nAdvise on property litigation and dispute resolution, managing legal risks effectively.
\n
• \nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth case progression.
\n
• \nStay up to date with property law and local government regulations, ensuring best practice.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• \nQualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (CILEx) with experience in property law.
\n
• \nStrong knowledge of property transactions, leases, and local government regulations.
\n
• \nProven ability to draft and negotiate legal documents to a high standard.
\n
• \nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
\n
• \nAbility to work independently and manage multiple caseloads effectively.
\n
