Property Lettings Manager (Remote)

Our client is a UK-based property management company that specialises in high-quality shared accommodation across the South West. Thier mission is to provide welcoming, hassle-free living spaces for tenants, ensuring great homes, clear communication, and happy communities. Having grown from managing their own portfolio, we now extend expertise to other landlords and property owners. As they continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to join a dynamic team and help maintain an exceptional level of service.

Role: Lettings and Property Manager

We are looking for someone with a passion for property management, who can effectively balance sales and management duties while ensuring a positive tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lettings and Sales

• Communicate with potential tenants and arrange property viewings


• Conduct in-person viewings and actively sell available rooms


• Follow up on leads and manage the tenant onboarding process


• Advertise available rooms and maintain digital property listings


• Track and report on sales and occupancy rates to management

Property Management

• Respond to tenant inquiries via WhatsApp and email, providing timely solutions


• Maintain the property management system (PMS) and ensure compliance with regulations


• Review contractor invoices and update the PMS accordingly


• Prepare and review landlord statements


• Manage the end-of-tenancy process efficiently


• Coordinate maintenance tasks with the Maintenance Team


• Organize time records, receipts, and invoicing for clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in property lettings or sales (preferred)


• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and property management software


• A proactive self-starter eager to thrive in a growing agency


• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
