Property Litigation Associate

My client, a long-established top 100 law firm in London, is seeking a junior associate to join its successful property litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior associate who would like to progress their career quickly. This small (2 partners + 1 associate + 2 paralegals + 1 trainee) team requires an enthusiastic and ambitious associate who would enjoy shouldering a lot of responsibility. You will receive a diverse mix of commercial and residential dispute work. Matters vary fromrent recovery, service charges and forfeiture claims, possessions, enforcement of easements and party wall issues, and party wall issues. No two days are the same, and the variety of work will give you the grounding you need to become an accomplished property litigation solicitor over time. Progression is one of the key attractors to this role.
