Our client is a global law firm with a turnover of approximately $2.6 billion. Our client is dedicated to delivery innovative solutions and strategic advice to our clients across various sectors including real estate. The Real estate litigation team is known for its expertise in navigating complex commercial property litigation matters and is currently at the forefront of the base-building defect claims. The firm has key clients across its key sectors including fashion and retail, investment, planning and environment. Clients include institutional landlords, developers, retailers and financial institutions. This work includes acting for commercial landlord and tenant matters on complex breaches of covenant, dilapidations claims, injunctions, rent review and development, professional negligence, and the Telecoms Code.Our client is looking for experienced property litigators who can bring their skills and insights to enhance the firm’s practice and join a supportive and collaborative team. You will be given exposure to a diverse range of high-profile clients and cases, with the opportunity for professional development and career advancement.
