Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client, a leading global law firm, is looking to hire a 1-5 PQE Property Litigation Associate to join their highly ranked team in London on a permanent basis. Their Real Estate Disputes practice is particularly well-regarded, dealing with all aspects of commercial property litigation across various asset classes. The firm is committed to delivering high-quality, business-oriented advice to a diverse client base, including leading institutional investors, private equity houses, lenders, and developers. Role Overview: In this role, you will engage in a wide range of contentious real estate matters, acting for core clients on all aspects of contentious landlord and tenant issues, real property matters, and development-related disputes. You will also have the opportunity to work on specialist areas such as real estate insolvency, professional negligence, and building defects claims. The position involves a mix of independent case management for smaller to medium-sized matters and supporting senior team members on larger cases, including trials. The team also deal with a wide range of contentious issues ranging from: Protecting the value of a client's assets Managing everyday business space, handling disputes arising out of buying and selling real estate, leasing commercial property, secured lending and redevelopment. Residential real estate work focussing on enfranchisement issues and high level structuring and development advice. Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will be a UK Qualified 1-5PQE Solicitor with property litigation experience. Why Apply?
