About the Role

\n

Within this Property Litigation Solicitor role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

\n

\n
• Advising individuals and business clients on a wide range of property dispute matters including pre-action and the service of notices, court proceedings and ADR
\n
• Advising and litigating on alienation disputes, break notices, dilapidations, possession claims and rent arrears
\n
• Dealing with the Housing Act and defending claims
\n
• Bringing and defending disrepair claims in residential property cases
\n
• Building on your own network and taking part in Business Development Initiatives
\n

About You

\n

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 1+ years' experience within Property Litigation law, has excellent attention to detail, is motivated and can work well as part of a team. Please note, this role is open to both qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives.
