The HireWorks are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work for a fantastic company based in North Cambridge.
They are ideally seeking someone with prior experience within the property sector, however, applications from candidates with transferable skills from other industries will also be considered.
Typical duties include:
* Leading and managing the maintenance team.
* Monitoring job tickets and departmental workload.
* Managing external contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Preparing tender specifications.
* Driving continuous improvement to optimize operations.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a similar management role.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
