Property Managers
join their thriving team! We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse properties across the South of England and deliver top-notch service focusing on high standards and compliance.
Office Location:
Exeter
Work Type:
On-site 4 days, 1 day from home, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Salary:
£28k - £32k dependent on experience
Travel across the South of England is required,
with access to a company pool car and mileage covered for personal vehicle use when necessary.
What You'll Do:
Tenant Relations
: Build strong, positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Property Maintenance
: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs to keep our properties in pristine condition.
Financial Management
: Handle budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
Leasing and Marketing
: Implement effective leasing strategies to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.
