Property Manager

As the Property Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of high-end residential properties in Central London.

As the successful candidate you will have a minimum of two year's experience in the real estate sector and have strong customer service and organisational skills.

Position available as a result of growth.

• Hybrid working role with 1/2 days working from home.
• Offices are based in Central London, close to the property portfolios
• The portfolio is high quality, long retained and in good order (cooperative directors/residents, healthy financials etc.)
• You will undertake the full range of property management duties from budget setting to major works and managing tenants throughout.
• Starting salary up to �46k + bonus + hybrid working and career progression opportunities.
