Property Manager - Bristol base - �30,000pa - DOE



One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Property Manager to lead my clients Bristol, Bath, and Cardiff operations. Bristol based but must be able to travel to Bath and Cardiff.�





My client is an ever-growing student lettings company who have offices all over the UK. Their vision is to provide exceptional student accommodation experiences for their students and landlords across the country. You will be joining a company who are expanding hugely and can therefore provide you with unmatched opportunities.�





Your responsibilities will consist of:




  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.

  • Managing all aspects of asset management and lettings performance across the portfolio.

  • Recruiting new team members.

  • Run weekly compliance reports.

  • Managing in-tenancy legal notices when required.

  • Complaints handling.

  • Manage the Lettings administration process.

  • Manage the marketing and advertising of the portfolio.

  • Deliver weekly lettings reports to the operations manager.

  • Carry out regular landlord meetings.

  • Review the branches monthly profit and loss reports with the operations manager.

I am looking for the following attributes/ experience:




  • Property management experience is essential!�

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Driving licence is essential!
