Property Manager

Our client an award winning, family run, professional property buying company are looking for a well organised Property Manager. The company are a well known brand, one of the leading companies in their field across England and Wales. They are flexible, fast-acting investors, who will make immediate offers for any type of property, whether its vacant, owner occupied or rented on any terms.
They are looking for an experienced Property Manager, someone that works well in a team, as you will be joining an existing team of three. You will not need to deal with landlords as you will be managing the company's own portfolio of properties. You will be dealing with the tenants, maintenance, tenancy packs, EPCS, gas safeties etc. with no property inspections needed to be carried out.
Salary package and benefits of this Property Manager position will include:

 

• Basic £28,000 - £35,000 DOE


• £5,000 yearly bonus 


• Monday - Friday 9-5 (can be some flexibility) 


• Open to a 4 day working week (salary will be pro rata'd)


• Exciting family run property buying company

• Parking at the office (if needed)


• No driving licence required


• Work phone & company laptop provided 

Main responsibilities for this role of Property Manager include:

• Day to day management of properties


• Issue section 13, 8 & 21 notices 


• Reconciling rents on hammock system


• Reporting to the directors with asset management


• Organising repairs

Skills required for the role of Property Manager will include:

• Previous Property Manager experience 1.5 years minimum


• Be able to prioritise the workload with excellent organisational skills


• Well spoken with professional telephone manner


• Confident communication skills


• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service


• Being self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude


• Great all round team player
