Property Manager

Property Manager - Shepherds Bush - £35,000 to £40,ooo
I am currently working alongside a market leading, multi branch estate agency who are looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team at their prestigious Shepherd's Bush office;
Key responsibilities of the Property Manager:

• Taking responsibility for a portfolio of properties
• Arranging day to day repairs and keeping tenants informed of progress
• Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
• Ensuring all properties are kept up to date with safety requirements & current legislation
• Completing tenancy renewal paperwork
• Assessing and negotiating of the return of the tenant's security deposit
• Dealing with and negotiating early terminations and tenant swaps
• Monitoring and chasing of any rent arrears
• Completing inspections and property visits

• Excellent organisational skills
• A strong problem solver
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong written and verbal and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Proven customer service skills

Salary Budget: £35,000 - £40,000per annum DOE Plus Commission
Required Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 6:00 pm NO WEEKEND COVER REQUIRED
1 Day Work from Home after Probation
