Duties:
- Dealing with 180 Properties split
- Rent reconciliation
- Organising maintenance works
- Booking contractors
- Reporting to clients
- Property inspections
- certification
Requirements of the role: 1 Years Property Management Experience
Salary is £33,000 - £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - 1 Saturday a Month 10am - 3pm
