This role is crucial for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.

\n- \nRates: £20.43 ph PAYE / £26.85 ph Umbrella

Your Role:\n- Actively listen to and engage with residents, addressing property-related issues promptly.
\n- Conduct estate inspections to maintain high standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n- Manage service charges and budgets, ensuring transparency and fairness.
\n- Resolve complaints and disputes in collaboration with internal teams and contractors.
\n- Oversee managing agents to ensure obligations are met and costs are justifiable.
\n- Work closely with internal teams to maintain properties and plan improvements.

What We’re Looking For:\n- Strong customer service experience, preferably within a housing or property management environment.
\n- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
\n- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
\n- Knowledge of housing policies and legal structures is desirable.
\n- Qualifications such as IRPM, ARMA, or RICS would be advantageous.
