Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager (Level 2) to join our client’s team.
This role is crucial for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week

  • \nRates: £20.43 ph PAYE / £26.85 ph Umbrella

Your Role:
    \n
  • Actively listen to and engage with residents, addressing property-related issues promptly.
  • \n
  • Conduct estate inspections to maintain high standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • \n
  • Manage service charges and budgets, ensuring transparency and fairness.
  • \n
  • Resolve complaints and disputes in collaboration with internal teams and contractors.
  • \n
  • Oversee managing agents to ensure obligations are met and costs are justifiable.
  • \n
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain properties and plan improvements.
  • \n
What We’re Looking For:
    \n
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably within a housing or property management environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of housing policies and legal structures is desirable.
  • \n
  • Qualifications such as IRPM, ARMA, or RICS would be advantageous.
