TristoneNash are proud to be working with an ambitious Social Housing provider to assist them with the recruitment of their new Property Operations Director on a permanent basis to oversee their repairs, maintenance and building safety departments.
Previous experience of working in the Social Housing sector at a senior level is essential, coupled with a proven track record of leading a successful Repairs and maintenance service.
You will ideally have a CIH Level 5 qualification or be willing to work towards this when you join the team
This role is worked on an agile basis, with the head office being based in Bristol when required to attend
