b THE ROLE : RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR /b b PQE LEVEL 2-3 YRS PQE /b b LOCATION - WATFORD /b b REF: L4L1063 /b br Our niche client law firm based in Watford is expanding and is currently looking for a Residential Property Solicitor of 2 yrs plus pqe to join their team. Offering bespoke services to meet the expectations of their clients, our clients are keen to bring someone on board who has the same desire to meet client expectations, whilst making the purchase and sale of properties run as smoothly as possible. br The successful candidate will have experience in managing their own caseload with very little supervision, where you will be dealing with first time buyers, property development companies and Landlords in the purchase and sale of apartments, office buildings, family homes and luxurious London residences. It is also important to have good networking skills. br Salary: upto £35,000pa plus bonus br Day off for Birthday br Hours: 9-5.30pm br Holidays; standard plus extra days/ bank holidays. br Car parking on site br Skills & Requirements. A Property Solicitor with at least 2 -3 yrs pqe, with knowledge in Property dealing with Sales/Purchases Leasehold/Freehold Properties, Remortgages, Apartments,etc. br Legals 4 Lawyers will try and respond to all applications for the role within 72 hours.
