Property Solicitor Annual Salary: Up to £100,000 Location: Hybrid working arrangement Job Type: Full-time Experience: 4-8 years PQE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor with a strong background in landlord and tenant law at a professional services company. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in private practice who is looking to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of agricultural law, while not essential, is highly desirable. Day-to-day of the role: Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of property law matters, with a focus on landlord and tenant law. Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements and leases. Handle property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Advise clients on the legal aspects of property management and dispute resolution. Work collaboratively with other departments to support the broader business objectives. Stay abreast of changes in property law and advise the team on potential impacts. Required Skills & Qualifications: A qualified solicitor with 4-8 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law. Strong knowledge and experience in landlord and tenant law. Knowledge of agricultural law is desirable. Proven experience in private practice. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
