The Company

I am working with an industry leading manufacturing in the Oil & Gas industry, who are recruiting for a Proposal Engineer to join their team. If you have experience with preparing proposals for Oil & Gas clients or similar apply now!

The Role

  • Overseeing proposals through from Request for proposal (RFQs) through to final submission
  • Liaising with customers to receive specifications
  • Working with Engineering, Projects, Design and Production teams to estimate, costing, materials, labour and lead times.
  • Performing technical calculations to size equipment
  • Understanding data sheets and technical documentation

Key Skills and Experiene

  • Experience as a proposal engineer or similar role
  • Experience with rotating mechanical machinery
  • Knowledge of pressure vessels and piping valves
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Nuclear or similar hazardous industries
