Prototyper Pre Production Build

Prototyper/Pre Production Build, Leicester, to £38k

This Leicester based company POP/POS company now has an opening for a Prototyper/Pre Production Build Person.

Based within a busy/fast paced department, you will be involved in working on temporary and permanent displays projects/structures, which will include operating circular saws, CNC’s, Lasers and Grovers.

You will need to be an experienced fabricator with a joinery background, coupled with previous experience of acrylic fabrication and a good understanding of production build techniques as well as using AutoCAD drawings.

Requirements:

·         Held a similar role, involving fabrication and joinery duties.

·         Strong communication and attention to detail skills.

·         Good understanding of quality requirements.

·         Ability to follow all relevant procedures set out.

·         Be organised in their approach to the working day with good time management.

·         An ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal.

·         Be able to work independently and be self-motivated.

·         Carry out other departmental duties as required.

·         Other duties as required.

Office hours: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am-4pm on a Friday

As this is an office based position you will need to reside within a commutable distance of Leicester and sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
