Please note this is a part time opportunity working 16 hours per week with a pro rata salary up to £14,595 per annum.
This role is countywide and you will be required to travel to various locations.
The role centres on development and implementation of the council's strategy for enhancing the quality of the Adult Social Care market in Essex. The role will involve working with Residential Care homes to implement the Provider Quality Innovation teams programme of initiatives which aim to improve the quality of services through support, guidance and training.
Key responsibility of the role will be to support care homes to implement the Provider Quality teams PROSPER project which uses quality improvement methodology in the prevention of harm and continuous improvement.

Please note that the job role requires you to be mobile throughout an operational area. Therefore, the post holder will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means.
