WORKING 5 DAYS OUT OF 7: 38 HOURS PER WEEK
£35,568 PER ANNUM
People Solutions are looking for a PSV Technician/Bus Mechanic for our client based in Newport.

Day to Day Duties
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on buses to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
General servicing of PSV and light vehicle fleet
Repairs and Unit Changing
MOT preparation and presentation
Fault diagnostic and rectification
Breakdown attendance
Vehicle safety inspections
Daily Vehicle defect report clearance
Documentation completion to the required standards
Adherence to all policies and procedures
Essential Skills
City and Guilds - NVQ Level 2-3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Repairs
Knowledge and experience of PSV and Categorization of defects manual
Car Driving License
Ability to organize and prioritize workload
Able to work unsupervised
Capable and willing to obtain PSL License
Attention to detail
Flexibility
Very clear and concise communication skills
Training
