Salary: Competitive, based on experience

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pub & Restaurant Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure our high standards are maintained.





Responsibilities:




  • Oversee the daily operations of the pub and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering supplies as necessary.

  • Implement and oversee health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service experience for guests.





Requirements:




  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing laws.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Desirable:



Experience using the following systems such as Plan Day, Tabology, Guestplan.





Essential:




  • 3-4 yrs minimum in a role of Bar management / FOH management

  • Hold a Personal licence or working towards
