Job Type: Temporary (8-12 weeks) or Temp-to-Perm
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible (typically 9:30 am - 1:30 pm or 10:00 am - 2:00 pm) We're happy to chat about your availability!
Location: Boston Spa, Wetherby
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (negotiable) / Permanent role: £26,000 - £30,000 pro rata (part-time, 20 hours)
Responsibilities:
Support pupils with tube feeding
Medication administration
Epilepsy care
PSHE lessons
Training other staff members
Adherence to intimate care policy
General care and support for children with complex special needs
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Public Health Nurse qualification
Experience in a similar role
Desirable:
Children's nursing experience (including tube feeding, medication administration, epilepsy care, and intimate care)
Experience working in an education setting
Experience as a Children's District Nurse (if applicable)
Part-time candidates are welcome!
