They're an incredibly supportive team - they really prioritise their employees' wellbeing, offer excellent tailored training and tons of opportunity for progression within the business.DescriptionAs this agency’s next PR Account Director, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of their senior leadership team, playing a key role in the delivery of their long-term growth plan. It’s an exciting opportunity to really get involved in shaping the business, with the ability to grow your role in line with their expansion.Some of your main responsibilities will include:Heading up some of the agency’s key client accounts, providing senior consultancy and ensuring client satisfaction at all timesDeveloping effective communications strategies and campaigns in line with client objectives, then overseeing their executionBuilding and maintaining strong media contacts to secure great media opportunities for clientsIdentifying new business opportunities and leading on pitches and proposalsLeading team meetings and managing a team – providing support and ensuring their work is produced on time and to a high standardExperienceIn order to be considered for this PR Account Director position, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate:A proven track-record planning and managing successful PR campaignsA highly strategic and commercial mindsetSophisticated copywriting skillsA well-established media network and strong understanding of print, broadcast, online and social mediaExperience working on proposals and pitching for new businessExcellent interpersonal skills, with experience building and growing client relationshipsRemunerationThis agency is offering a salary of up to £55k for their PR AD role.
