Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for a large distribution company based in Witham. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Paying �12.50 - �14.00 per hour depending on experience working in the office Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week between 8:00am and 17:30pm. Once fully trained this position this will become hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 at home.

The role has high volumes of transactions which concentrates on stock suppliers and three-way matching.

Duties for this Purchase Ledger Clerk position will include but are not limited to:

  • To process a high volume of supplier invoices for payment.
  • Statement reconciliation.
  • Coding and analysing of overhead invoices.
  • 3-way matching of stock invoice.
  • Maintain purchase ledger records and provide financial administration
  • Assist in other areas of the Accounts Department as required

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years Purchase Ledger Experience.
  • Able to deal with high volumes of transactions.
  • D365 knowledge desirable.
  • Good communication before verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
