This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger clerk to join a large group working within a beautiful setting.Your new role

  • Matching & Coding invoices
  • Enter invoices/credit notes into the finance system
  • Checking & reconciling statements
  • Creating payment runs on bank
  • Updating cashflow on a regular basis
  • Producing month end accruals
  • Ad-hoc duties requested by the Head of Finance
  • Liaising with suppliers and site managers


What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a similar role.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to complete tasks efficiently and to deadlines.
Proficient IT skills.
Analytical & organised.
