Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • \n
  • Processing invoices and handling invoice queries
  • \n
  • Reconciliations of supplier statements
  • \n
  • Preparing monthly payment runs
  • \n
  • Processing staff expenses
  • \n
  • Closing the ledger at month end
  • \n
What you will need:
    \n
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Payable Clerk / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger Assistant / Finance Administrator
  • \n
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • \n
  • A methodical and logical approach
  • \n
