Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Harrow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (35 hours per week)

Red Sky Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction company, seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in Pinner. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong numerical skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry using an automated invoice recognition system
- Monitoring invoice approvals and preparing supplier payments
- Communicating with external customers and suppliers
- Generating supplier and customer reports
- Processing staff expenses
- Bank account and credit card reconciliations
Required Skills & Software Experience
Essential:
- Microsoft 365 & Outlook
- Basic Microsoft Excel (data manipulation)
- Sage Line 50
- PaperLess (or similar invoice recognition system)
- Microsoft Word
What We're Looking For
- Strong numerical skills and basic accounting knowledge (understanding of Debits, Credits, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A self-disciplined and team-oriented approach
- Confidence in a fast-paced construction environment
