Two exciting opportunities have arisen in a sector leading well known organisation in York. Due to acquisition and growth they are looking for two people who are experienced in purchase ledger/accounts payable for a 6 month fixed term contract.
As the purchase ledger clerk you will be responsible for several ledgers within the group. It will be your responsibilities to maintain the purchase ledger in accordance to company policy and objectives.

Purchase Ledger responsibilities:
* Maintain purchase ledger in accordance with objectives.
* Process daily invoices.
* Working with different vendors/stakeholders.
* Ensure new and existing supplier accounts are up to date.
* Process expense claims.
* Escalate payment issues to senior management.
If you are someone who has experience with accounts payable/purchase ledger and you are available within short notice then this role would be best suited to you.
The role would be ideal for someone who has the ability to hit the ground running.
