A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.25am - 4.55pm & Friday 8.25am - 3.25pm and paying up to �25,500 per annum depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Purchasing Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Purchasing Manager with general administration duties
  • Assist Production Data Manager with general administration duties
  • Report Generation
  • Raw Material Stock Purchases
  • Liaison with Production Team Leaders and Stores Managers to determine live material use and stock levels
  • Purchasing Assistance
  • Provide holiday cover for Purchasing Managers basic duties

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • A keen eye for detail & accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
  • Experience in ERP systems not essential but desirable (training will be given)
  • Previous experience in an Administration role within a Purchasing and Procurement team preferable
