A client of ours in Witham requires an Purchasing Administrator to join their team ASAP initially for 4 weeks. Full-time working Monday - Friday 9-5 (30 minute lunch) and paying �12.50-�14.50 per hour depending on experience.
Key Purchasing Administration duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Imports - arrange collections of goods, log all imports, create customs clearance instructions
- EDNA's - support with the resolution of invoice discrepancies
- Price Files - Coordinate 2025 price file increase notifications, create impact analysis for review, once authorised, upload into systems
- Product Promotions - Collect, review and upload promotional activity from suppliers (National Promotions/DD Flyer)
- Purchase Order Management - Confirm purchase orders, call suppliers to chase ETA, Expedite Goods when required
- Data collection and validation - Collect, review, validate and update any procurement related data within our systems (Leadtime's, unit of measure, case quantities etc.)
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Purchasing Administrator position:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Confident with data and familiar with doing V/X Lookups
- Determined mindset with a positive attitude
- A supply chain/purchasing background
