Description

As the Purchasing Coordinator your duties will include, however may not be limited to:

• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintaining and updating procurement records and documentation.
• Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders.
• Working closely with multiple departments to ensure stock availability.

Profile

The successful Purchasing Coordinator should have:

• Worked in a similar, administrative role previously within procurement and/or supply chain ideally.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills and attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Immediate start available for an initial 3 months, ongoing to cover sickness and an increased workload.
