PV Construction Site Supervisor

We maintain an active presence across Europe, the Middle East, APAC Region, Africa, and Turkey, with our global headquarters in Germany.As an international company, we are looking for a – PV CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR who will work in United Kingdom.QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONQualifications:· BS degree in construction management, electrical engineering, civil engineering,mechanical engineering, or a related field,· >5 Years of similar experiences,· Fluent in spoken and written English,· Proven working experience in construction management,· Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods,· Understanding all facets of the construction process,· Familiarity with construction management software package,· Ability to plan and see the “big picture”,· Competent in conflict and crisis management,· Leadership and human resources management skill,· Excellent time and project management skills,· Ability to live in remote and harsh environments.Job Description· Oversee and direct Solar projects from conception to completion· Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with buildingand safety regulations· Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors· Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory· Meet contractual conditions of performance· Review the work progress daily· Prepare internal and external reports about job status· Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones· Analyze,manage and mitigate risks· Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques· Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen· Planning to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planningthe delivery and storage of equipment and materials· Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuringregulations relating to health, safety, and the environment (HSE) are adhered to· Using construction management software packages to plan smooth workflows· Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors,suppliers, the public, and the workforce.
