Python Developer

Murray McIntosh are currently seeking a Python Developer to work for a key client of ours in the Aerospace industry on a permanent basis as detailed below:
Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain SC clearance to be suitable for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining Python applications
• Developing on a remote physical machine including using Docker
• Use profilers, static analysers, linters and formatters in Python

Skill set required:

• Strong experience with Python
• Familiarity with basics in Linux terminal - how to ssh, navigate directories, run files, change permissions and edit text files
• Experience with Git version control
• Experience using NumPy, Matlab or Octave
• Any exposure to C, C++, Signal Processing and ARM32 would be nice to have but not essential
