Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for quality assurance in metallurgy? Our client is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Stoke-On-Trent. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all customer requirements are met and contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.




  • Salary: �27,000 - �35,000 yearly

  • Location: Stoke-On-Trent

  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 16:00/ Friday, 07:00 to 15:00



The Role:



The Quality Assurance Engineer will:




  • Create and review quality assurance documentation for the Metallurgical division.

  • Interpret customer, national, and international specifications and communicate these requirements.

  • Conduct contract reviews and ensure adherence to all outlined terms.

  • Continuously improve processes within their area of responsibility.

  • Handle customer quality-related queries and work towards efficient resolutions.

  • Report on documentation failures and maintain high standards for customer-facing documents.



The Candidate:



The ideal Quality Assurance Engineer will:




  • Be extremely detail-oriented and diligent.

  • Have the ability to read and interpret documentation accurately.

  • Be organised and focused.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be confident in the creation of documentation.

  • Ideally, be educated to degree level (though not essential).

  • Be able to work independently.



The Package:
