We are working with a manufacturer providing quality solutions for a range of construction projects. Now due to their continued growth, they are looking for a QA/QC Technician.

This role will include:

• Performing thorough inspections and quality checks
• Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance processes
• Reviewing technical drawings and product specifications to ensure customer and regulatory requirements met
• Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential quality and safety issues, recommending corrective actions as needed
• Conducting tests and visual inspections
• Assisting the management team with ISO and Health and Safety compliance
• Documenting and reporting any non-conformances or deviations, working with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Are you:

• Experienced in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing environment, ideally supplying to the construction industry
• Possessing a strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and inspection techniques
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Experienced in carrying out risk assessments and implementing corrective actions
• Focused on detail, with problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to quality control

This role offers:

• Salary £40-50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

• 25 days holiday + statutory days
• Hours 8am-4pm (or alternatively 9-5)
