Paperwork review, completion, and filing
Update and maintain weekly code calendar
Completion of weekly fridge and water temperature checks
Brine sample collection as and when required
Generating and completing of curing records
Probe calibration; as per required frequency
Packaging audit; as per required frequency
Area audits to cover; GMP, CCPs, Procedure adherence, Traceability, Batch numbers, PPE, integrity, Equipment adherence, foreign bodies (this list is not exhaustive)

Experience required min 2 years.���������������������������������������������������������������������� Hourly rate starts on �13.58 can go up to �17 once fully trained.���������� Shift is 3pm-11:30pm Monday -Thursday, 1:30pm-8:30pm on Friday. Working 39 hours but get paid 40 hours a week. We call it wellbeing hour every Friday early finish.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �2x 30 minutes break every shift one paid.
