Main duties include
  • Generation and maintenance of sample collection plan
  • Sample loading, maintenance of schedules
  • Paperwork review, completion, and filing
  • Update and maintain weekly code calendar
  • Completion of weekly fridge and water temperature checks
  • Brine sample collection as and when required
  • Generating and completing of curing records
  • Probe calibration; as per required frequency
  • Packaging audit; as per required frequency
  • Area audits to cover; GMP, CCPs, Procedure adherence, Traceability, Batch numbers, PPE, integrity, Equipment adherence, foreign bodies (this list is not exhaustive)

Experience required min 2 years.���������������������������������������������������������������������� Hourly rate starts on �13.58 can go up to �17 once fully trained.���������� Shift is 3pm-11:30pm Monday -Thursday, 1:30pm-8:30pm on Friday. Working 39 hours but get paid 40 hours a week. We call it wellbeing hour every Friday early finish.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �2x 30 minutes break every shift one paid.
