QC Laboratory Assistant

QC Laboratory Assistant - Life Science - Northwest - Contract
Our client is a leading global life science organisation. At present they are seeking a QC Laboratory Assistant on a contract basis for 10 months at their facility in the Northwest, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with some relevant industry experience to expand their experience and work in a fast paced environment.
The role will support the QC lab by coordinating the QC sample management of receipt and delivery of 3rd party samples and sample retains in compliance with quality guidelines and SOP's.
- Track receipt of third party samples.

- Sample third party routine samples and distribute to the lab in a timely manner to prevent delays to batch release.

- Receive stability samples, reserve samples and store / distribute following site procedures

- Coordinate sample shipments to third parties

- Submission of sample requests, collection of requested samples from formulation and fill finish departments and management of sample storage of site stability studies

- Sample stability material using aseptic and non-aseptic techniques, label samples and distribute to QC and Micro labs.
