Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an�QHSE Compliance Manager�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an�QHSE Compliance Manager�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.
As the�QHSE Compliance Manager,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The�QHSE Compliance Manager,�will be responsible for:
- Implementing the integrated business management system.
- Identifying and minimising the risk of accidents.
- Working with the QHSE team and the Compliance team to develop key business improvements.
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of legislation and codes of practice applicable to the company's business.
- Ensuring operational managers and personnel have the appropriate technical competence to work safely.
- Understanding and managing the statutory compliance for the contract.
- Collaborating�with the Operations team and CAFM Manager will be key.
- Overseing�a range of hard services within our building.
- Such as Emergency Lighting, Insurance Inspections (Loler and PSSR), Fire System Maintenance, Fire Doors, Gas Safety Certification, Water Management, Fire Risk Assessments, Water Risk Assessments, LEV and IAQ.�
To be successful for this�QHSE Compliance Manager role you must have:
- Understanding� of Compliance within a hard services and/or technical environment (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Experience and qualifications in auditing, NEBOSH/IOSH qualified.
- Knowledge of both ISO 14001 and Maximo CAFM system.
- Solid 5+ year footprint in the UK is also essential.
