Job role: Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager

Salary: £38,(Apply online only)-£40,(Apply online only) (OTE £45,(Apply online only)+)
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Hours: 7.30-17.00 Mon to Thurs, 12.00 finish Friday
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The responsibilities:

• Controlling the introduction of new products and processes from a QSHE standpoint through implementing either new product development or a cost saving route.
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are upkept across the site to ensure employee safety
• Work to ISO 9001 regulation standards alongside work to of be trained in NEBOSH
• Respond & Liaise surrounding customer complaints to find the cause & implement new measure to ensure the issue is fixed
• Implementing Quality Assurance Tools
• Reduce waste, utilise renewable materials & energy.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ worth of experience working as a quality engineer or QSHE manager within a manufacturing environment.
• A good understanding of complying with various manufacturing frameworks (ISO 9001, 4(Apply online only)1 etc)
• Experience in reducing the impact of the business on the environment (waste, energy, renewable materials etc)
• Full UK Drivers Licence
