This position is part time 28 hours to 32 hours per week to suit individual needs, salary �35,000, plus death in service, pension scheme, Christmas vouchers.

The QHSE Officer will be responsible for maintaining and executing quality, environmental & health and safety standards, along with maintaining the QHSE systems that are already in place, with a focus on maintaining compliance to ensure adherence to company and customer standards are achieved.� Please note you will need to have a clean driving license and your own transport as to will be required to cover another site in the Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

QHSE Officer duties:

• Maintain the company's policies & procedures which are part of an integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.


• Monitoring the quality, environmental & health and safety performance across the business.


• Report status of QHSE compliance requirements to the Leadership Team.


• Ensure risk assessments are carried out and safe working procedures are implemented.


• Develop a positive health and safety culture.


• Conduct regular proactive safety inspections.


• Provide guidance and advice to management on QHSE requirements.


• Ensure health and safety equipment (e.g. PPE) is in place and used.
