We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage and deliver commercial services across multiple facilities; on behalf of our leading FM Client
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor�

• Oversee and govern commercial services delivery across facility sites.
• Review pricing for commercial refurbishments to ensure target costs are met.
• Evaluate contractual agreements with subcontractors.
• Address commercial management issues and engage directly with the end client.
• Facilitate interactions with both clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications & Skills for Quantity Surveyor�

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in commercial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of refurbishment projects, both interior and exterior.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with NEC and JCT D&B contracts.
• Effective engagement skills with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and third parties.
• Proficiency in cost management, reporting, and forecasting.
• Eligibility for required security clearance before site access.
