Vibe Care have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Social Worker to join Pembrokeshire Council in their Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Team, on a temporary contract.

Responsibilities

The role is Pembrokeshire based that requires to be made across the county. The council are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those experiencing mental health challenges. As a Social Worker in the team, you should be ambitious, enthusiastic, and a dynamic individual who is person-centred in your approach and passionate about working in mental health. To be successful, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and will work effectively as both a team player and on your own initiative.

Requirements

- Social Work Degree or equivalent

- Registered with Social Care Wales

- At least 3 years' experience

- Full UK Driving Licence
