We have a fantastic locum opportunity for a Social Worker to join a dynamic Adult Review and Extra Care Team based in the Salford, Greater Manchester. This role focuses on reviewing long-term care packages to ensure that service users are receiving the most appropriate level of care and support.

Responsibilities:

• The scope of the work involves undertaking scheduled reviews of adult services and support with a focus on quality and legislative compliance.

To be considered for the Social Worker role, ideally you will have:

• 1-3 years' experience of working within a similar setting.
• Diploma/Degree in Social Work
• Registration with Social Work England
