Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker seeking an exciting new opportunity? Do you have experience working within Mental Health teams?
If so, Randstad is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker to join Bury Council's Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,648 to £38,223.

Responsibilities:
- Work with adults diagnosed with mental health conditions in secondary mental health care, including dementia, psychosis, anxiety, and depression.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team, including health and AHP colleagues.
- Implement the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
- Engage with service users and their carers, developing individualised approaches to meet their practical and functional needs.
- Recognise various mental health problems and conduct holistic needs-based assessments.
- Produce, implement, and review care plans, including risk management.
- Operate within the Care Program Approach, utilising sound risk management skills.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
