Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Lancashire County Council's Family Safeguarding team based in Fleetwood. This is a full time role offering a fantastic pay rate of £34 - £36 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Working with children and young people is both challenging and rewarding, enabling you to make a positive difference in their lives.
• Manage a manageable caseload.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and families.
• Undertake assessments, developing plans, and working collaboratively with families and multi-agency partners to support positive and sustainable outcomes.
• Safeguarding.
• Family Engagement.

Requirements:

• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Social Work England registered
• Enhanced DBS

Experience:

• Children
