Qualified Social Worker- Hospital Discharge- West Lothian

Hospital Discharge Social Worker - West Lothian - Full time opportunity available on a temporary contract basis.

Contract will be 3 months initially then will be reviewed

Salary: £25 - £30 ph PAYE and accrued Holidays and Pension

The working pattern is generally rom Monday to Friday and will be based in a hospital setting

Qualifications and experience:

• It is essential to have experience of working in a Hospital Discharge Team
• Degree in Social Work is required
• You must be Coucil Officer Trained and have Safeguarding Adults training and experience
• Driving licence is desirable
