Your Role:

As a Social Worker in the Locality Team, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care cases.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions to safeguard children and support families.
• Work closely with multi-agency professionals to deliver effective and tailored support.
• Prioritise the voice of the child in all planning and decision-making processes.
• Commit to anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practice.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Proven post-qualification experience in children's social care, particularly in locality or safeguarding teams.
• Strong risk assessment, care planning, and intervention skills.
• A reflective and resilient approach to managing complex situations.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and professional learning.
