Your Role:
As a Social Worker in the Locality Team, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care cases.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions to safeguard children and support families.
- Work closely with multi-agency professionals to deliver effective and tailored support.
- Prioritise the voice of the child in all planning and decision-making processes.
- Commit to anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practice.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
- Proven post-qualification experience in children's social care, particularly in locality or safeguarding teams.
- Strong risk assessment, care planning, and intervention skills.
- A reflective and resilient approach to managing complex situations.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional learning.
