• Salary: £35,000 - £45,416

Responsibilities:

• Support the local authorities Cared for and Care Experienced Young People as they move towards independence
• Work with the children and young people on their pathway plan that looks at their health, education, employment, training and relationships

To be considered for a role within the Pathways Team, ideally you will have:

• BSc in Social Work or equivalent
• Social Work England registration
• At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
