Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Liverpool City Council's Early Help Team as a Team Manager. This is a full time role offering a fantastic pay rate of £36 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of the work completed in the Early Help Hubs as well as supporting the implementation of various grant funded projects and pilots.
• Overseeing the work of consultant social workers, social workers and outreach family support workers in the Liverpool Early Help Hubs.
• Will have a proven track record of managing staff, experience in overseeing level of need decisions in relation to case work and experience of the triage and allocation of referrals.

Requirements:

• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Social Work England registered
• Enhanced DBS
